Laura first found yoga during college as a way to de-stress and stay healthy. She took classes offered at UCLA and in Santa Monica anytime she felt overwhelmed by classes or life in general. Something about yoga kept her coming back to her mat.

Mariela is a South American native with a passion for all things creative. She moved to San Francisco 20 years ago where she studied several Art forms including Photography, Dance and Chinese Brush Painting. Ildiko’s interest in Asian culture spans nearly 30 years, beginning as a teenager growing up in socialist Budapest, Hungary during which time she sought out cultural connections with Indians, Indonesians, and other Asians. She followed her interest to New York, and then to Washington, DC, where her passion for Yoga started and continued over the next 15 years.
