Mariela is a South American native with a passion for all things creative. She moved to San Francisco 20 years ago where she studied several Art forms including Photography, Dance  and Chinese Brush Painting. She found Yoga as a way to treat her chronic migraines and, fell in love with the mental clarity and connection with her body-mind- spirit. Ildiko Benko

Ildiko’s passion for yoga started in 2002 on a canoe dock off the Potomac River in Washington, D.C., transcended through her pregnancies, post-pregnancy stages, and continues to be daily woven into the fabric of her everyday life raising three school-aged children. Having recently completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in Barefoot Yoga Studio, she is ready to share her warmth and enthusiasm, and continue this rejuvenating journey with you.

Sarah Lootah

With the aim to empower individuals and create a fun-loving environment, Sarah merges her multicultural background to her yoga practice honoring self-expression, exploration, individuality, and inclusivity. Sarah came to yoga at 14 when a major knee injury temporarily stopped her competitive swimming. She learned to heal her body and explore her Self (spiritually, physically, emotionally, and mentally). Beth Hardy

A native of Vallejo, Beth has lived in New Mexico for the past 25 years courtesy of the US Air Force and her husband’s military retirement. Having been stationed in England, New Mexico and California (at Mather AFB and Castle AFB) she finds time to make frequent visits back to California to visit friends and family.

Nina Fontana

Nina’s path to becoming a yoga teacher has been meandering and full of adventure. While attending the University of Maryland, she went to her first yoga class at a local YMCA. She left the class with a feeling of peace and intrigue. After college, she was convinced that the world was as wide as it was deep.
