Ildiko’s passion for yoga started in 2002 on a canoe dock off the Potomac River in Washington, D.C., transcended through her pregnancies, post-pregnancy stages, and continues to be daily woven into the fabric of her everyday life raising three school-aged children. A native of Vallejo, Beth has lived in New Mexico for the past 25 years courtesy of the US Air Force and her husband’s military retirement.
