Our Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class is a 75 minutes all levels practice in a warm room (80-85 degree). The asanas are based on the classic traditional postures and are built around dynamic vinyasa (flow sequences) and focused alignment that move one to greater depths of strength and flexibility in an intelligent manner.
Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like. The series of poses move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. The continual movements, from one pose to another, gives you an added cardiovascular benefit. The routine practice of vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. The practice consists of simple meditation, sun salutations, and variation of deep stretches, back bends, arm balance, inversion poses and relaxation. With regular practice, it creates light bodies, clear minds, and open hearts.
