Traditionally yoga is done with bare feet; please respect this timeless practice while in our studio by removing your shoes and store them by the entrance.
We appreciate you turning off your cell phones when you enter Barefoot Yoga Studio.
If you arrive late to class please be respectful of the teacher and students by being quiet while entering the yoga room. Find a place to put your mat without interrupting the other students.
15 minutes after the beginning of class the yoga room door will be locked. Please arrive on time!
Intro Special and Monthly Unlimited packages are not available for Prenatal, Kids and Baby & Me Yoga classes.

Wear close-fitting or workout clothing
Bring a water bottle and a towel
Avoid wearing heavy perfumes
Come in at least 10 minutes early to claim a spot
Notify the teacher before class starts if you are pregnant, have any medical condition, or an injury that may affect your practice.
Let instructors know if you feel uncomfortable being spotted/corrected during yoga class
Show up willing to try new things
During any class feel free to give yourself a break
Listen to your body
Breathe, breathe, and breathe!

Hydrate after practice
Give your body at least 5 classes to get comfortable with practicing yoga
